Sabre Activates Lufthansa Group’s NDC Content in the GDS
Lufthansa Group’s NDC offers are expected to be made available globally in the first half of 2024
Sabre Corporation, a leading software and technology provider that powers the global travel industry, today announced the rollout of New Distribution Capability (NDC) offers from Lufthansa Group airlines which include Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa, SWISS and Air Dolomiti for Sabre-connected travel agents.
Travel agencies in Italy can now register to Lufthansa Group’s NDC Partner Program; upon activation, they will be able to shop, book and service NDC content using the Sabre Offer and Order APIs, the agency booking solution, Sabre Red 360, and the online booking tool, GetThere. Following the launch in Italy, Lufthansa Group’s NDC-enabled content is expected to be rolled out globally in waves during the first half of 2024.
