EIH to Construct Rs. 421 Crores Oberoi Luxury Resort at Cavelossim Beach, South Goa

Enters into a hotel management agreement for a second project as a luxurious Oberoi Resort at Bogmalo Beach

The board of directors of EIH Limited has approved the construction of an Oberoi Luxury Resort at Cavelossim Beach in South Goa on a 52 acres site owned by the company.

The Luxury Resort will have 90 rooms & suites to cater to the Domestic and International travelers.

The investment of Rs. 421 crores for the above project will be raised through internal accrual and debt.

The resort to be operational from 1st October 2027.

EIH Limited has further entered into a hotel management agreement for a second project as a luxurious Oberoi Resort at Bogmalo Beach in South Goa.
