Fortune Hotels Inks Agreement to Operate Two Hotels in Kochi
The Kakkanad project, a business hotel, is scheduled for a late 2025 launch
Fortune Hotels, a member of the ITC hotel group, announced the inking of its latest operating agreements for two Fortune Park brownfield projects in Kochi –one each in Athani and Kakkanad.
The two strategically located hotels, scheduled to open in the year 2025, mark Fortune Hotels’ much anticipated entry into Kerala.

Anticipated to debut by March 2025, the Athani addition will offer 72 rooms and suites. Situated just 10 minutes’ drive from the Cochin International Airport, this contemporary hotel is set to be the first branded hotel in the area in its segment.
Located in the Ernakulam district of Kerala, the Kakkanad project, a business hotel, is scheduled for a late 2025 launch offering 67 rooms.
