The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, will take over the management of landmark hotel The Claridges, New Delhi in April 2025 under a hotel operating agreement, Puneet Chhatwal, Managing Director & CEO, IHCL, said in a press statement.
Established in 1955, THe Claridges New Delhi, with 132-room, has stood as a beacon of excellence in Delhi from its inception. The hotel’s interior depicts historical artwork of royal India and is surrounded with lush green lawns and has been an important relic of independent India.
Located in Lutyens New Delhi, The Claridges, New Delhi, is spread across 3 acres of land. The hotel is a low-rise building of 3 floors.
