Regenta Evolife Dome City managed by ROHL will be an exclusive 3 months pop-up resort, marking the first of its kind set up in the industry and in India

Building on its momentum of new openings across segments and brands, Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) is set to launch Regenta Evolife Dome City, a unique upscale resort complex to capitalise on the upcoming Mahakumbh 2025 Mela in Prayagraj, previously Allahabad.

Strategically located at a close proximity to the activity ground and the main bathing point of Mahakumbh-2025, Regenta Evolife Dome City managed by ROHL will be an exclusive 3 months pop-up resort, marking the first of its kind set up in the industry and in India. The upcoming resort is poised to be a preferred choice for international tourists and others seeking luxurious accommodations at the heart of festivities during Mahakumbh-2025.

Speaking on the announcement, Arjun Baljee, President, Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd., said, “2024 was the year we started the process of redefining our hospitality brands and offerings. 2025 will be the year of executing those plans, and what better place to launch than Mahakumbh 2025 with a large format Regenta Resort popup in partnership with Evolife. Key pilgrimage destinations is one of the areas of growth for ROHL and Regenta Evolife Dome City showcases our vision for quality accommodations and services in spiritual epicenters across the country.”

Compared to the 2019 Kumbh Mela, which drew about 24 crore people, Mahakumbh-2025 is anticipated to draw an unprecedented number of devotees, with estimates ranging from 400 million to 450 million. Despite the fact that the holy event attracts millions of visitors from around the world, there is still a conspicuous deficiency in the city’s ability to accommodate international tourists. Recent statistics released by Prayagraj’s regional tourism ministry indicate that the city’s dearth of high-quality hotels is a key reason for the lack of overnight stays in Pragyaraj, despite the need.

Set to open on 15th January 2025, Regenta Evolife Dome City will offer diverse accommodation options, including luxurious tents and exclusive domes, catering to individual and group travelers. The unique domes, more of architectural delights will allow guests to indulge in an immersive star gazing experience during nighttime. Guests of the one-of-a-kind pop-up property will have access to a range of exclusive and complementary services, such as complimentary meals tailored to suit the guest preference, free airport transportation, and boat rides. The calm retreat will offer in house wellness activities like yoga and meditation and a private beach, specifically designed for guests to align their chakras with the tranquil surroundings.

The beach will also double up to perform any intimate puja ceremonies on personal requests. With its perfect blend of spiritual enrichment, recreational activities, and luxurious amenities, Regenta Evolife Dome City is poised to be the ideal destination for guests seeking an extraordinary experience during Mahakumbh-2025.

Alok Chauhan, developer of the project said, “We are thrilled to collaborate with ROHL to create this first of its kind upscale property. Our top-notch excellence in dome architecture further enhanced with signature hospitality of the quintessentially Indian, Regenta brand will make every visitor’s stay memorable.”

Prayagraj, situated at the confluence of the Ganges, Yamuna, and Sarasvati rivers, is one of India’s most spiritually significant cities.
